A service message about updating your BT Tradespace Galleries
Hi all,
A quick word to say that if some of you are finding it difficult to update your Tradespace Galleries since we changed to the new look BT Tradespace, it might be because each of your galleries need to be associated with at least one keyword which is not automatically the case if you have a Tradespace site created before the new BT Tradespace arrival on 9 November 2009..
To resolve the problem:
- Log in and click on the "My Tradespace" button on top of every BT Tradespace pages.
- Once in your dashboard, click on "Manage Your Tradespace" and then "Our galleries" in the left-hand menu.
- You can then update your galleries one by one with keywords. One is enough but the more relevant words you put in, the more likely you will be found.
If you still have a problem after you've tried this, please post here on our Support pages and we'll help out.
