BT tradespace is awful
Why oh why can I not get a decent service from BT!!!?? This BT 'waste of space' is useless, I CANNOT and WILL NOT waste any more time trying to change a profile which then at the end tells me I do not exist on this URL. SO someone at BT can change my business details from 3 companies (Andrew Theobald T/A Elegance Catering Supplies, Elegance Catering Supplies 1 and Elegance Catering Supplies) to just ELEGANCE CATERING SUPPLIES, as I do not need 3 companies up there as I only own 1. If BT don't sort this I shall cancel my contract with them.

So to get this right so I understand what you're looking to do:
1. Add a new business profile with the right url, namely elegancecateringsupplies.bttradespace.com
2. Delete/remove the other profiles that are contained within your account - ie Andrew Theobald T/A and Elegance Catering Services Ltd

I've been investigating further and it looks as though the reason you had a 1 in your company title is that there's another tradespace with the same name - you can find them here http://elegance-catering-supplies.btt... - is this your company also? The address details appear to be different - if it isn't then I won't be able to alter the title of your tradespace (ie remove the 1 but we can rename the title to something different) but we should be able to remove the other two profiles that you don't need - if you can post a reply as to what you'd like for me to do that would be great.

Just to let you know the cause of the issue was that there were some special characters causing you to be unable to update the site profile - we've taken the two profiles that you no longer need offline and they will be removed within the next couple of days - we've also amended the third profile so that it displays what you're looking for - let us know if this is what you intended or if you need more assistance.
