Business Description not appearing on HomePage
Hi - I have also spent a long time editing text and products, but can't see them on my homepage..!?
I have read FAQs and checked boxes within the Design tab and 'Organise Homepage' section but still can't see text or images displayed - Is Business Description supposed to form the content of the Homepage..? Would ideally like our 4 Products displayed there as well... Please Help ~ Thanks.

The Business description appears under the " Read about us " link located on the left hand-side panel of home page, under the company Logo..
As for how to organise and upload featured products and services, please see instructions below;
Organise your home page content:
Click on the “Design & Content" Tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Organise your home page content” section, then Select the appropriate number of photos, products ...etc to be displayed on the home page then click on “Save Organisation selections” button.
Loading up products and featured products onto your site:
Once logged in, click on “Manage your Tradespace” then on the "Design & Content" Tab.
Select “Products & Services” tab and click on “Add Product” button.
Enter the product name or title, Browse to load image / photo file for this product, Give it a short description, then add the appropriate price and cost,
TICK against “ All Products “ or “ Featured Products” and click on “Upload item” button then on “ Publish now “ button to complete procedure,
Please repeat above steps to upload more products.

Inappropriate?Hi Thanks for your reply... However, I have followed your instructions - have checked Products to appear on Homepage, but then the 'Organise Homepage Content' selections are greyed out and not selectable...
Currently only our Featured Product is appearing on our homepage... Please advise (screenshots attached) - thanks, Jim.

Thanks for your original reply, but the 'Organise HomePage Content' selection options are all greyed out (screenshots attached again) and I cannot select them... so cannot see how to follow your instructions to make our products appear on our homepage.
I chose content (products only) to appear on homepage in "Choose Your Content..." section - but still cannot see them...!!?? Really don't know why this would be? Any more advice please?
Also, can't work out why companies from way outside the area are appearing much much higher than us in searches for our services (Gas boilers, boiler servicing, plumbing, etc in our area..?

We have accessed your site and altered the Featured products to appear on the home page, please have a look ...
The reason your products were not on display is; you didn't tick the little box on each product to be a featured product.
