I cannot find the site settings tab on account settings as per support to close account

Inappropriate?As a matter of interest, why do you want to close your account?
It's in Google and you could give your website a bit of kick back from it.

I'm sorry to hear you're closing your Tradespace account - I do hope we can help you promote whatever it is you do in the future!
To Deactivate and Delete BT Tradespace Profile:
Go to https://www.bttradespace.com/login
Enter your Login Name and Password
Go to "My Tradespace" Tab (top menu bar)
Click on "Change profile settings"
Under “What profile do you want to manage today? Select from the list below” make sure the appropriate profile is selected, and then click on “Change Profile settings” button.
Under “Publish & Display” section go to “Online Settings / profile status” and click on “Take Offline” button (button should change the status from “take-offline” to “publish”).
From the page you are on click on “Request Profile Deletion” and fill-in the form displayed then click "Submit"
