Description etc missing from tradespace area

The short description is not visible on your site, but is shown with your site link in search engine results - it should be a short sentence that will make people feel your site is the best choice. The information that appears on your site on the left hand side is your Business name, then underneath is what we call your 'tag line'. The tagline is shown on your site and could be your motto or a few words that promote your products and services. Your tagline might catch the attention of visitors browsing BT Tradespace or could include the types of keywords people will use on search engines. There is also a link from the left hand side to 'About us' which can include more detailed information about your business,

Hi Simon, I see that now you explain it. To my mind it would be natural for the Home tab to automatically display the information contained in the About Us section, is this possible?

Also if I do a search for Signs in Burnley I don't appear in the listing whereas businesses in other towns do appear. Even worse if I do a search for Customfit Signs in Burnley I don't appear there but a Sign franchise from Milton Keynes is listed.

Any suggestions as to why my listing isn't visable when searched for?

Hi Simon, another problem I'm having is logging into tradespace itself. I've tried using the forgotten password page several time now.
While it accepts my email address and says its sending a reminder or link via email I have as yet received nothing.
I've spoken to somebody on the phone who looks like they've managed to resolve one issue, but not this one. Can you help please?

Hi Pete, its just possible that you signed up with one email address but put a different one in as a business email contact and maybe you are checking that one, best to check any other email addresses you have.

Otherwise i suggest getting in touch with someone more technical than myself, or perhaps they will step in and help solve your problem in this thread if you reply with the same problem, cheers
