Exasperation

Once again I have reset my password and when I enter the reCAPCHA words I keep the same results --- unable to log in. A lot of people have been having this problem and on one of the posts it states that this problem has been solved. The support team should come up with an honest answer. The problem seems to be with their security system so why don't they switch it off to allow tradespacers to get access to their site while they look for a solution
