Not happy with bt tradespace

I've been on the site trying to update our profile so we can start using the tradespace site. It's taken me over an hour to upload basic information and at the end of this, there is an error, nothing has been saved. This is unacceptable. What a waste of my valuable time. I don't see that it should be this tedious to use this product. This is not the first time I've had problems trying to upload information on the site. I spoke to an adviser who was helpful, but that cost me another hour of my valuable time on top of which it was a service that came with an offer I paid for!! Even after this I still did not have a reasonable enough page to use to promote our business service. I am not happy with this at all, I’m inclined to believe it is a waste of time!
