In your case, the problem you're experiencing probably comes from the presence of a "special character" in the name of your business: in your case, "&". If you remove or replace that character in the title of your business, the problem should dissapear.
We've posted a more detailled description of the problem and solution here.
We also recognize that this is an issue and will allow special characters back in the business names next month.

I think we are doing the UAT right now. There's simple too many bugs for it to be any other way.

I have never heard of uat testing being done AFTER a service or system has been launched. If there wew simply too many bugs, why was the launch not deferred until these were fixed. There seems to be too many issues arising in the short space of time since the new site was launched, and it only adds to the problems when so many things have to be changed by the tradespacers to update their site.
