paypal won't work on my shop

The paypal link won't work on my shop. the error message is; the merchant is not a business or premier a/c holder. (l do have an existing business account which l thought l had linked to tradespace) l have deleted my certificates and re-added them but still no joy! Have spoken to Paypal several different numbers but they don't know much about tradespace, are not interested and keep sending me back to their website. Anyone had the same problem
