Profiles missing!!!!!!
Some of my profiles are missing!! I dont know if any one else has the same problem? i managed quite a few trade spaces and most are all missing!! not happy!

While we were successful at moving all your Tradespace pictures across to the new site, despite our best efforts, we were unable to move your community profile images across.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we want to reassure you - it’s simple to re-upload your profile image. Simply click on the ‘My Tradespace’ link at the top of your screen to log in to your account and go to your dashboard. Once in your dashboard, click on ‘My communities’ or ‘Communities’ (if you have a Tradespace). You will be able to manage your communities and update your profile image from here.

Looking at the above string, it seems that you were managing multiple Tradespaces.
Just to let you know, as per our emails (hope you got them!), if you weren't active on any of these Tradespaces (that is, you hadn't actually ticked the terms and made your site live) before the move, then we would've left them behind. The reason for this is because we did give people are chance to make these sites live through our emails so if they didn't then we would've assumed you didn't want that site.
However, if your Tradespaces DID have content and you had ticked the terms though (as it sounds like you have), then, they should've/would've been migrated. We are moving over the last few Tradespaces by this Saturday 21st November - so if you could bear with us till then and check back this weekend.
If you still can't find the extra Tradespaces you mention, can I ask you please contact me via by personal profile at http://www.bttradespace.com/profile/p... with the details of your specific Tradespaces and I will look in to it for you.

I don't remember getting anything.
Please remember that most people get millions of emails and simply don't read Terms and Conditions – they don't have time.
I think BT Tradespace is going to be a great test case of "How NOT to relaunch a website"

Inappropriate?I have one missing which was titled Kids scooters which had quite a few blog posts, pictures and content.
Ive logged into my account again today to find profiles I removed ages ago have appeared again in my login account, but have lost the most important one out of the lot, which was based on kids scooters.
Please can you please let me know if you are able to locate this missing trade space of mine!

Also just i recieved an email with this email address included in the email suppport@bttradespace.com i i got back a failure notice almost instantly! What good is that! -
