So what if I am unable sell my products via BT Tradespace and my customers contact me directly?
I have just received your latest email re your launch of your new BT Tradespace.
You say that you love my pictures, If I understand it correctly - you are saying that these will not been seen unless I subscribe to paypal?? I have spent an incredible amount of time building the content of my site, and am unable to sell via a website, but people do contact me for products. If people can not see my products, I feel that this will affect my business. I would appreciate it if you could confirm if I have understood this correctly? And what you advise in my circumstances?

Many thanks for your enquiry.
All the products you currently have listed will be transferred to a new feature on your Tradespace called galleries, so your customers will still be able to see what you have on offer.
In addition to the Gallery section we will also move your products into a Shop area in case you decide you want to start selling via your Tradespace. It's these items in your shop that won't be visible to anyone until you activate PayPal. These changes have been made to make things exceptionally secure for our Tradespacers, and their customers too. To make your products visible in your Tradespace shop you will need to link in a Paypal account. If you already have one you just need to download the security certificate – this will show your customers you are a safe business to buy from. If you don’t have a Paypal account it is free to sign up. You just need to go to www.paypal.co.uk and follow the very simple instructions to register.
