Still Cannot login to New BT Tradespace
I cannot login to the new BT Tradespace and have not been able to since the old version went!
I have reset my password, and it doesn't work, I just get the message "Hmm... Your request seems to be taking a bit of time to process. Please try again later" I have tried (and tried).
I received the email, telling me the new tradespace was working, follow this link, still the same error message!
I emailed support 10 days ago and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours, still nothing, despite reminders.
My site holidaydeals.bttradespace.com is visible, though the links from google have almost all disappeared or are nonsensical (two years of regular updating, and page one google rankings down the drain).
Can someone let me know when I will be able to login - at the moment it looks like login is actually disabled.

I am so sorry you're having these problems.
I have checked our records and it does appear the Support team did email you to inform you they have reset your password on your behalf to a temporary one and they also included instructions as to how to log and reset the password to one of your choosing once you were logged in.
Can I please ask you to confirm here what email address you would like this reminder to be resent to (for reasons of security I obviously don't want to show your temporary password here).
I will then arrange for the details to be resent to you (although it would be worth checking your spam box as the original email is likely to be there it it didn't arrive in your inbox).

Inappropriate?I had the same problem earlier on which was resolved. I was able to log in last night without any difficulty. But today it's a total no go. I have been trying for the past hour or so to log in. This is not the quality of service one would expect from BT. Having worked for the company for some 16 years, I never came across anything as poorly organised as the launch of the new tradespace.

This may not help, but after I'd changed the password (with assistance from support), my browser still had the old password stored, so when I re-entered the new password it let me login again.
