Still Cannot login to New BT Tradespace

I cannot login to the new BT Tradespace and have not been able to since the old version went!

I have reset my password, and it doesn't work, I just get the message "Hmm... Your request seems to be taking a bit of time to process. Please try again later" I have tried (and tried).

I received the email, telling me the new tradespace was working, follow this link, still the same error message!

I emailed support 10 days ago and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours, still nothing, despite reminders.

My site holidaydeals.bttradespace.com is visible, though the links from google have almost all disappeared or are nonsensical (two years of regular updating, and page one google rankings down the drain).

Can someone let me know when I will be able to login - at the moment it looks like login is actually disabled.
