Hi
I have been trying to contact you to say that our URL address is misspelt. No 'D' in red of Red Shell Garage.
Also having been given a new password yesterday this isn't recognised when I post my query.
Catch 22 AGAIN, why do I have to log in again to contact you. Surely the fact that I have already logged in to my tradespace should be enough!!

If you can elaborate and provide me with some more information i can try to help.
You can contact Trade space support from any page with out needing to login.
At the bottom of the page is "Contact Us".
BT Trade space do not provide domains. We only provide Sub domains of the BT trade space domain.
You have not provided any details in your post about the domain in question.
If you refer to the one used in your registered details "redshellgarage.co.uk" then this domain is held by a company called 1and1.co.uk. This is not administered by BT.
If you would like to provide me with more details relating to your issue i will offer my assistance.

Thanks for your reply.
Maybe I'm using the wrong terminology! When I go to our Tradespace page the bar above the page,at the top of the screen, has our address spelt incorrectly. The 'd' in Red is missing.
Is this a 1&1 issue or a BT issue?
