WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR SITE?
i paid for my site memdesign to be featured....However YOUR site has been unavailable since last Friday.....could you tell me if my advert will now run for a longer time, or what kind of compensation I can expect?

Sorry so learn you are having problems with your Tradespace.
As you know we are in the process of launching the new site and are experiencing some technical difficulties. These are to be expected with changes of this magnitude and it takes a little while for the site to configure and for everyone to have full functionality. Please be patient with us we are working flat out to ensure the site is ready for everyone and we will email all our customers as soon as the new site is ready and full functionality is available to all.
In the meantime, can you please contact us by emailing us on support@bttradespace.com and provide us with a telephone number in order that we may call you (we suggest for privacy and security reasons you don't post it here) and we will then be able to assist you.
