Inappropriate?I have two addresses and both do not seem to come up in searches, I have updated my key words and descriptions this evening and hope this will help, but the addresses are : http://lilis-boutique.bttradespace.com AND http://The-Old-Bottle-Shop.bttradespa...
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Thank you Anne,
Tradespace is currently experiencing a location search issue for newly created sites. This is a known issue and we would like to assure you that our development team will be deploying a fix in the very near future,
Please also understand that any updates that you make to your site may take up to 48 hours before the data is indexed by the Tradespace search engines. Tradespace search engines use site content to index the sites.
The information about our content surfacing rules can be found at: http://faq.bttradespace.com/how-do-i-...

Inappropriate?Hi Atef it looks as though the problem is persisting as conducting searches for my own business is still yielding no results.
I’m disappointed

Inappropriate?I have the same problem Cannot seem to find my business, even though I've recently joined. I can if I type in the full address but potential new clients aren't going to know this, and so perhaps the search engines have not yet picked up my BT tradespace? Not sure.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Thank you Ruppel Joshi,
Please note, that any updates that you make to your site may take up to 48 hours before the data is indexed by the Tradespace search engines. Tradespace search engines use site content to index the sites, and for newly created sites It is best to search by using the first search box only leaving the “in Location” second search box empty.
The information about our content surfacing rules can be found at: http://faq.bttradespace.com/how-do-i-...
Please make sure to include key-words that potential customers would use in their search criteria, i.e. among the Logo name, the tag line, on the first line of the about us section and the contents too including products and services names that your business provides.
Therefore we would advise that you incorporate any key search words into your "About us" and “blog" sections- where they would fit naturally. This will help to ensure that your site is indexed correctly and more easily found within Tradespace.
A weekly blog is also a great way of ensuring that your site remains active and more importance will be placed on it by the Tradespace search engines.
You can aim to be surfaced more prominently in other areas by encouraging your customers to write reviews, rate your products and services and continue to add fresh content to your Tradespace site
