Why can't I upload any pictures for my products?
I cannot upload any pictures for my products from my computer although they are within the required size and required format. Perhaps it would be better to create a media library, but how do I do this?

First of all huge apologies for the delay in getting back to your query - I've taken a look at your tradespace and I can see that you've uploaded many images so i'm assuming your problem above is now resolved. OK, now I get it. The tech guys ignore your response for as long as possible in the hope you'll either figure it out yourself or just give up.
